When Will My Order Arrive?
Due to high order volume, orders can take up to 7-14 business days to arrive. We are actively working to improve delivery times.
How can I track my order once it’s been shipped?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package as soon as your order ships. If you have a Shop account, you can also track your package conveniently within the Shop app.

Do you ship to New York or internationally outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders from New York or ship internationally outside of the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
